P.38 Pistol - Spreewerke, zero series
The zero series Spreewerke P.38s were late war assembled pistols from previously rejected parts. A wise manufacturer does not throw anything away. Walther assembled such parts into Model P.38 commercial guns. Mauser used their reject parts to make the first police contract guns. Spreewerke assembled them into military pistols late in the war, when the bar was being lowered on acceptance standards.
Many of the Spreewerke zero series have FN made, script ac marked slides, like this one.
This piece is in excellent original condition, all matching with both correct magazines.
